- This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of services offered by the Hotel Vega Wrocław website (hereinafter: the Service).
- The administrator of the personal data contained in the Service is Bacero Hotele Sp. z o.o., Wrocław 53-234, Grabiszyńska 251, registered under the business register number NIP: 8943228086 (hereinafter: the Administrator).
- In order to ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the Administrator operates on the basis of internal procedures and recommendations, compliant with relevant legal acts regarding personal data protection, in particular the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- The Administrator exercises particular care to protect the interests of the data subjects and especially ensures that personal data are:
- processed lawfully;
- collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
- accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
- stored in a form that allows identification of the persons to whom the data relate, no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
- Personal data are processed based on the consent given by the Service users and in cases where applicable law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data.

- accepting reservations via the online booking system,
- providing services offered by the Administrator pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- marketing, including sending commercial information to the e-mail address if the Client has consented by ticking the appropriate box during the reservation process or inquiry via the contact form. Consent to process data for marketing purposes and to receive commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the relevant link in the received message or by sending such a request to the Administrator's e-mail address,
- realization of the Administrator's legitimate interest in specific cases based on Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, e.g., debt collection or video surveillance of the premises.
- Recipients of personal data may include authorities, institutions, and entities authorized by law, as well as entities providing services to the data Administrator (e.g., legal, IT, marketing, accounting services, and other entities involved in the execution of the ordered service).
- The Administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and to customize the offer.
- Users who provide data to the Administrator have the right to access, modify, request deletion, limit, or stop processing their personal data at any time. Users can also request the deletion of their personal data from the Service at any time. The right to data portability does not apply because no data exchange standard has been established between hotel facilities.
- Service users have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- To exercise the rights indicated in point 8, users should contact the Administrator using the same e-mail address or phone number provided to the Service, contacting hotelvega@hotelvega.pl.
- Any user of the Service may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.
- The Administrator collects information about users and their behaviors in the following ways:
- by voluntary input of information in forms,
- by collecting "cookies" files.
